Students earn WVU Badges to enhance their academic experience by developing a greater level of proficiency and understanding in a particular area of interest. They are awarded after students fulfill certain curricular and co-curricular activities.
Even though WVU Badges are not recorded on a student’s official University transcript, students will learn lifelong lessons, take part in rewarding experiences, and gain a greater appreciation for things outside of the classroom.
